  • The institute for Aram Farm was established with the philsophy that "an institute of a company should be a power company development" of the founder, developed an enzyme extraction technique, witch is the matrix of foundation, realizes diversity of prosucts starting from the pumpkin beverages and has a key parts as an essential department to take charge of process management such as hygien production and managements etc of products as a company affiliated institute due to concerns and investments in the company level. As for the research achievements, it has been registered in Korea Society of Food Science and Technology Journal, the Korean Society of Food and Nutrition Journal, the Korean Society of Food Preservation Journal and the Korean Society for Applied Biological Chemistry Journal etc.
